JumpStart Moving

JumpStart Moving is a workforce app for approved JumpStart Moving helpers and dispatch admins. This app is for company operations and is not a public customer booking app.

For movers:
• Sign in or register as a helper account
• View available gigs in the market, sorted by date
• Review gig details: date/time, pay rate, crew size, load and unload addresses, truck size, inventory, and reference photos
• Request to join a gig or request to bring a partner
• Accept or decline direct invitations from dispatch
• Open addresses in Google Maps and call crew/customer when access is available
• Clock in on move day
• Submit completion details with payment code, crew notes, and completion photos
• Receive reminders and dispatch notifications
• Update profile details and payout preferences (Cash App or Zelle)

For admins:
• Create, edit, and remove gig sheets
• Add customer/logistics details, rates, inventory, and photo references
• Review helper requests and approve mover-only or mover+partner
• Send direct invitations and manage crew assignments
• Manage helper records and admin contact settings
• Review completion reports and submitted photos

An approved JumpStart Moving account and internet connection are required.
