Juhayna Ushers

Juhayna Ushers is the official workforce management solution designed to streamline attendance tracking and operational transparency for field personnel working across retail branches.

Built for both field ushers and supervisors, this app ensures accountability through automated location verification while simplifying the daily reporting process.

Key Features for Users:
Smart Check-In/Out: Start and end your work sessions at assigned retail branches with automatic GPS verification.
Active Session Protection: Never lose your progress. If the app closes or your phone restarts, your active session is automatically recovered.
Flexible Break Management: Take optional or mandatory breaks with a single tap. The system automatically pauses monitoring during your rest periods.
Real-Time Status: View your active session duration and current status (Working, On Break, or Offline) at a glance.
Key Features for Supervisors:
Real-Time Monitoring: View all active sessions across your assigned branches as they happen.
Team Management: Easily add, edit, or manage user accounts directly from your mobile device.
Branch Analytics: Filter activities by branch and date to review session history and attendance compliance.
Direct Communication: Contact your team members directly through the app via phone or messaging.
Advanced Geofencing Technology
To ensure attendance integrity, the app utilizes advanced geofencing. This virtual boundary around each branch ensures that ushers are physically present at their assigned locations. If a user leaves the work area during a session, the app provides an immediate alert and a grace period to return before automatically ending the session.

📍 Location Transparency & Privacy
Juhayna Usher respects your privacy.

Background Location: This app collects location data to enable the geofence check-in/check-out feature and to verify your presence at the branch even when the app is closed or not in use.
Tracking Limits: Location monitoring is active only during your working sessions. It is completely disabled when you are on a break or when you have checked out for the day.
Data Usage: Location data is used strictly for operational verification and is never shared with third parties.
Note: This is an internal enterprise application. Access is restricted to authorized Juhayna personnel. Requires an active internet connection and GPS permissions to function.
