No funciona nada. Se queda en Loading para siempre y no me deja hacer nada

Just installed it to see some results and is not even starting, just frozen loading, totally useless. And what is even worse, it doesn't just freeze, it asks for all your data for registration, makes you accept the terms and conditions, and then it never opens, but they already have all my data and the acceptance.
