2024-08-02	St*****	had 652 orders on lazada and 8 to b delivered by these people received none keep telling me on phone will deliver today and not come . keep me in for 4 days then say not at home and return the item getting paid for deliveries both ways . they should be shut down . they tell lies and are disgraceful . worst delivery company i have ever used . i will never again accept a delivery from this company . AVOID !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

2023-10-27	*****	Horrible Customer Service. Trying to contact them via the app but it let me wait the keep cuting me off. Thailand Customer Service Team did nothing to help. The branch always ignore the problem. The branch mobile number showing in the app are fake. They do not care about customer. If Customer Service is not happy with you they just end the Line Chat and stop helping or replying.
