2025-01-11	Am*****	Last year, I have 1K+ points and have redeemed some of the vouchers to get discounts on the shipping fees. The app deducted my points but I wasn't able to apply any of it as it always stated as unavailable to use. Now new year, same thing happened, which is ridiculous. This is literally a scam lol. What is the purpose of having a points if you can't use it?

2024-12-26	Mu*****	Unable to log into my account after updating to newer update patch. I'm unable to post lots of items today due to you apps malfunction. Tried uninstall the apps and install it again - still facing same issue. Please rectify as soon as possible

2024-12-25	sa*****	I want to login using my email, but then it still show login by phone number. Then after so much attempt to login because I forgotten my password, I choose Forgot Password option. Once I fill in the new passwords, I can't press Finish as the button is in the bottom of the page and keyboard was covering it. I know it is not my phone fault because it show that this app won't cater every phone interface. Lastly I just go the counter and deal manually. Bad apps👎👎

2024-11-14	Ab*****	Are j&t service is door to door addryat waybill or not .. driver give reason that unacceptable just because he go to wrong block and leave my item at mailbox.. I think j&t need to train again your driver more attitude and follow the job skop.. and be responsible if I can rate It i give it no star.. thank you
