With this app you can calculate your ideal weight, your BMI and your basal metabolic rate.

The calculated basal metabolic rate always refers to one day. This amount of kcal is always consumed, even when you are not active.
The BMI and the associated classification refer to the WHO standard table. The classification includes underweight, normal weight, overweight and obesity 1-3.
The ideal weight is the rounded average of the kg values ​​which, according to BMI, are within the normal range for your stature.
This means that the ideal weight should be viewed as a range; a more precise classification is the table contained in the app, which simultaneously shows how far you are from the next or previous level and which one you are in.
