Flux Browser: Fast & Private

Flux Browser is a fast, compact Android browser built around customizable profiles, memorable Go links, clear privacy controls, built-in protection and smooth video.

CUSTOMIZABLE PROFILES

Create named profiles for work, shopping, social accounts, travel or testing. Each saved profile keeps its own cookies and site storage, normal tabs, search engine and supported settings. Switch between Default, Video Mode, your own profiles and Privacy without restarting Flux.

GO LINKS: SHORTCUTS YOU REMEMBER

Create shortcuts such as go/work or go/news for normal web pages, then type the shortcut in the address bar to open it instantly. Go links work across every saved profile and Privacy.

PRIVACY YOU CAN SEE

Open Privacy for temporary browsing separated from normal profile data. Private tabs are not restored into normal profiles. The Shield shows page-level ad and tracking activity, while Privacy Report summarizes trackers and threats that Flux blocked or detected.

Flux helps reduce routine web tracking, but it is not a VPN or anonymity service. Websites, networks, account logins and your IP address can still identify you.

BUILT-IN PROTECTION

Start with a 3-day ad-blocking trial plus ongoing tracking protection. The Shield lets you pause protection for a site that needs it and restore protection from the same place. Results vary by page, and some ads or site-controlled interruptions may remain.

VIDEO MODE AND ONE-HAND SEEKING

Video Mode routes eligible direct MP4, WebM, HLS and DASH links to Fast Player, with picture-in-picture, an on-device media cache and optional offline save where supported. Complex, protected, live, expired or site-controlled streams stay on the website. Flux does not bypass DRM or access controls.

In supported seekable fullscreen video, visible vertical rails can appear on one or both screen edges in landscape. Drag an edge from top to bottom with one thumb to seek, then release to resume playback. The rails stay out of tall portrait layouts and can be configured in Settings.
