Very Slow app

To many otps, why to give OTP while logging in, why to get text while we log in, try to send OTP only while transaction. It's too basic app and not user friendly. Why to have so low RTGS and NEFT limits, if we are using this app then try to provide atleast the limit of available amount we can use
