No Controlled Substance Sales or Promotions: The app itself does not sell, promote, or facilitate transactions involving controlled substances. The app is a tool for order entry only, with no in-app purchases or financial transactions.

No Direct Consumer Access or Distribution: Since the app is provided to customers by dispensary operators and is not distributed directly to consumers through the Play Store, the app is intended solely for business use on premises and does not enable users to access or purchase controlled substances independently.

Third-Party Order Submission and In-Person Payment: Orders entered into the app are sent to a third-party platform, and the payment is handled in person at the dispensary’s point of sale, complying with all legal and regulatory requirements.
