JOYA Staff is the internal management platform for JOYA Maintenance and Management employees and contractors.

Features include:

• Work Orders — create, assign and track maintenance jobs across properties
• Housekeeping — schedule and manage cleaning tasks with recurring options
• Inspections — conduct property inspections, record findings and generate reports
• Calendar — view all tasks and inspections across week and month views
• Resident Enquiries — receive and respond to resident and owner service requests
• Property & Unit Management — access property details, documents and occupant info
• Dashboard — daily overview of open tasks, upcoming inspections and pending requests

Access is restricted to authorized JOYA staff only. Accounts are created and managed by JOYA administrators.
