JourneyKeep: App Blocker

JourneyKeep reframes screen time by using the same behavioral loops as popular apps—only you are the beneficiary. Each morning you get a focused set of quests (such as gym, read, run, or meditate). Complete a quest and verify with a photo to earn crowns; miss a quest and your streak drops. All progress is tracked so you can see what you did and when.

It combines habit formation with practical app blocking to protect deep work time. Key features include daily quests with real stakes, bonus side quests, photo verification, and core app blocking during Focus Sessions. Crowns unlock breaks or help you stay on track. Privacy is respected: Android uses AccessibilityService to enforce blocking during sessions, with minimal data—foreground app context only; no notifications, texts, or content from other apps is read. Data from accessibility usage is not used for ads or profiling. iOS leverages Screen Time where applicable, and there is a privacy policy.
