Billo brings household costs and usage data into one clear place. Record meter readings, rates and expenses, follow changes over time, and split costs transparently with others.

Billo is not a bill payment service. It does not transfer money or connect to your bank account. It is designed to record, analyze and share the information you enter.

WHAT CAN YOU DO WITH BILLO?

• Record readings and expenses
Track electricity, cold and hot water, gas, heating, or any other value you choose. You can also add recurring costs such as rent or internet and record one-off expenses.

• Estimate costs from usage
Enter a unit rate and Billo will calculate an estimated cost. Rate history with effective date ranges keeps earlier calculations consistent when prices change.

• Organize different places and budgets
Create separate groups for your home, a rental property, or another area. Keep categories clear with custom names, icons and colors.

• Split costs with others
Add household members or roommates, choose how costs are shared, and create clear monthly summaries. Shared groups help everyone access up-to-date information.

• Understand trends and insights
Charts show how costs and usage change from month to month. Optional AI analysis can help highlight patterns in the data you have recorded.

• Export your data
Save a monthly summary or the complete history of a group as a CSV file.

• Use it locally or enable sync
The app works without an account. Optional Google Sign-In enables Google Drive backup, data restoration and group sharing.

Choose a color theme and dark mode. Billo, the friendly capybara, makes regular tracking feel easier and more rewarding.
