Joseph 60

Sixty days. Five disciplines. One sealed day at a time.

Joseph 60 is a faith-based personal discipline challenge for people who
want to grow in body, mind, and spirit at the same time. Every day you
commit to five disciplines. At the end of the day, you seal it. Miss
one, and the day doesn't count.

THE FIVE DAILY DISCIPLINES

- Movement — 30 minutes of intentional physical activity
- Temperance — abstain from alcohol and other indulgences
- Nutrition — follow the eating plan you commit to
- Passion project — spend time on the work God put in front of you
- Integrity — keep your word, to yourself and to others

Plus weekly church attendance and regular acts of kindness. The whole
person, not just the parts that are easy to measure.

CHOOSE YOUR PATH

Joseph 30 — thirty days. The way in.
Joseph 60 — the full challenge.
The Walk — for those who finish and want to keep going.

BUILT FOR PEOPLE WHO ACTUALLY FINISH

The Wall — watch your progress build brick by brick, inspired by
Nehemiah rebuilding the walls of Jerusalem.

Daily scripture — a verse for every day of the journey, chosen to meet
you where the day finds you.

Letter to Yourself — write a letter on day one. It stays sealed until
you finish. Nobody reads it but you.

Accountability partner — pair with one person who sees your progress
and knows when you miss.

Accountability groups — walk with your church, your small group, or
your friends. Encourage each other. Show up together.

Achievements — milestones marked as you reach them.

The seal ceremony — the moment a day becomes permanent.

WHO THIS IS FOR

If you have tried 75 Hard and wanted something that took your faith as
seriously as your fitness, this is that. If you have started things and
quit, the structure here is built to make quitting harder and finishing
meaningful.

Discipline is not the goal. Discipline is what carries you to the goal.

WHAT YOU NEED

An account and a willingness to be honest with yourself. Nobody can
check your day for you. The whole thing runs on integrity, which is
why integrity is one of the five.
