2024-11-25	Ed*****	I paid alot of money for a table tennis robot and all of a sudden Joola changes the app and they no longer supports their product. It is app controlled so no app means I can't use a $400 robot of theirs. This is how they thank their customers. The robot came out less than 5 years ago. Customer service has been no help. I will never buy a Joola product again and I encourage everyone else to do the same unless you like companies who take advantage of you.
