Sip & Savor is the travel app that starts where every good trip actually starts: where to eat, where to drink, and where to sleep, so the night ends with a short walk home.

Open it anywhere on Earth and it answers with one room, not a wall of pins. A restaurant the city agrees on, with 800 metres of walking around it. From there the evening is yours.

THE LOW ROAD
Eighty-seven cities have a Low Road: five bars, walked in the only order the city allows, ending near a bed. These are not scraped from a list. Every one is researched and written by hand, and every stop is verified against live map data before it goes up.

Kamiya Bar in Asakusa, where Kamiya Denbei started distilling electric brandy in 1882 and the ticket you buy at the counter has not changed. Tsinari in Thessaloniki, where a Turk handed a Smyrna Greek the keys in the population exchange of 1923 and the ouzo has been poured ever since. Colbar in Singapore, a soldiers' canteen that was dismantled and carried three hundred metres rather than demolished.

Rooms with a reason to exist, in the order that makes the night work. Some stops even carry the record that belongs to them.

THE HIGH ROAD
Here to work rather than to drink? Name the site, the yard, or the office, and the app ranks beds by the commute to it, not by the distance to a tourist square. Built for people who arrive with a bag of tools.

WHERE TO STAY
Beds near the last stop, near the job, or near wherever you are standing, with prices and the walk home. The night is planned to end near a bed on purpose.

KEPT HONEST BY LOCALS
Places close. When one does, anybody can say so, and enough reports remove it for everybody. Wrong name, wrong pin, or a room that has quietly gone: tell us and the map gets better for the next person. Owners can correct their own entry.

NO ACCOUNT, NO SIGN-UP
