Joint Approach is an online programme of exercise and education for people with osteoarthritis (OA). It provides people with immediate digital access to the core treatments recommended by NICE for OA. (National Institute for Clinical Excellence) It has been clinically proven in the NHS to reduce pain, improve quality of life and improve strength in people who suffer from the disease.

People aged 45+ diagnosed with OA

Joint Approach partners with you and your clinician (e.g Physiotherapist or Doctor) to achieve your very best outcome. Your support team includes Physiotherapy, Exercise advice, Nutritional advice, and coaching to keep you on track throughout a 12-week programme and beyond.
