Only getting 40-45% of fare from Uber and more than half of my revenue goes to their very badly maintained cars that are not clean nor damage free , even their SUVs they will rent to you for $500 a week after tolls that they always place on the account once you reach a certain threshold. Go with avis , hertz, private fleet line, anything but Buggy. They will deactivate your car and not even let you drive it back to the shop if turning it back in.Do not trust them.

2024-08-22	Gi*****	The app used to work but whatever the last update was completely ruined it, I can't even open it now. I went to pay the car and because of the app problem I couldn't pay it and had to call. Then my car won't start because I was 3 hours late paying my car. And the anti theft protection activated even though I told them what the problem was. Completely ridiculous

2024-08-21	Ra*****	Well as of yesterday I was able to sign in while picking up a rental. However, after I got a car from them the app keeps closing automatically and says it has a bug. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall but still the same. I was trying yo connect my apps through them but guess I will do it individually.

2024-07-08	Ch*****	03/10/2024- App does not work when needéd. I tried signing into my account to add a backup payment method to no avail. My repeated attempts were met with a message that said "Buggy Stay Ahead Of The Curve [Log In ]/ [Sign Up]. App Version 2.0.70". The app did not provide a user friendly interface as stated on the buggy 800 # & was unable to help me with my need to update my account with necessary information to avoid extra charges. Calling customer service tends to also be a bit frustrating too.

It won't recognize my number, customer service tells me they don't have a dept that helps with this, & the billing Dept called me back in regards to app issues to tell me this, so then I called back for the 3rd time to be told the support team will call me, I'm currently waiting again for that call, & if they tell me the same as last person I'm done with app screw that! I don't have all day to sit on phone to waste time with useless people or uneducated people about it
