wrote customer service in the app with no response. Amenify used to be a good perk from my apartment complex but now only allows the use of $5 of the monthly $20 credit to order off Amazon. When they originally added it was a full $20, then it dropped to $15 of the monthly $20, now it is $5 of the $20. Also, because of the service fee they also added a few months ago, with just a $5.00 credit it now costs MORE through them than buying directly. Why offer Ecommerce if it saves nothing?
