Johns Vendedores

Johns Vendedores is the official app for JIC's sales force. It allows you to serve your customers, record payments, and track your portfolio from your mobile phone, using the same information as your account on pedidos.jic.com.ec.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• View and manage your customer portfolio.

• Receive a notification on your phone when a customer becomes delinquent, and open their profile directly by tapping the notification.

• Share receipts and PDF reports via WhatsApp or email with a single tap.

• Call, text, or WhatsApp the customer and open their address on the map directly from their profile.

• Use your phone's camera when required, for example, to scan barcodes.

• Record your location when managing visits, if you grant permission.

SECURITY
Each salesperson has an authorized device. This protects your account and your customer information: if someone tries to log in from another device, access is denied until authorized by an administrator.

REQUIREMENTS
• Active seller account provided by JIC.

• Internet connection.

• Android 7.0 or higher.

This application is for the exclusive use of authorized sellers. If you don't yet have an account, please request one from your administrator.
