But their app doesn't have any return button and call me back doesn't work and if you were to call them they will just not pick up or pickup and put you on hold and after 14 days they say that return period is over. Basically then you are stuck with highly paid wrong powered glasses. Pathetic service.

2024-06-03	AN*****	I had placed an order on 31st May. The money got deducted. I spoke to an agent named Ravi who promised me that the order would be placed but my order is still not placed. The customer service number keeps ringing for an hour but no agent on call. I have been cheated. I always recommended people to use this application but now I am done. Worse service ever.

2024-06-02	ma*****	While opening shows me error message and blank screen. While opening review screen it gives me disable button with blank screen showing orders repetitively in this section. No new offers update... very disappointing pattern of after sales and app development.

2024-04-23	Ra*****	Great App. Poor Service. Their support calls never connect to any executive. Delivery status updates after 24 hours. Quality control in the products delivered is inexistant. One of my specs hinge was screwed so tight that one arm / temple won't even open up. I tried opening the screw but couldn't. You only had to try and open the specs to realize it wasn't made correctly. No return process via the app.

2022-04-29	ba*****	Yesterday I received my product I paid them extra 2000 for the blue thin lense as they mentioned in app lense index vary from 1.6 to 1.74 but the lense I got is not even 10% thinner they taken the extra 2000 for no reason. People should stop believing in these lies. The product which I ordered is 4480( for both lense frame) even frame is not good quality. I did little research about this company it's ntng but a cheap trick of Lensekart and it should stop pretending like a foreign brand

2021-11-29	Pr*****	I usually don't write reviews but here the customer experience was so good that I couldn't refrain from writing one. Of course the products are classic! But what I liked the most was the custom experience, delivery was smooth and I exchanged my product twice, with change in frame and also the lenses and it was done without any hassle.

Frame was as expected, perfect fit, and totally value for money. Got the order deliver on third day itself since placing the order. Frame has sustained through rough use and frequent throws by my kid. Not a single scratch or any damage to it. High quality, good prices, best service!

2021-08-15	An*****	Very slow! While the app functionality is fine, their processing of orders is painstakingly slow. These guys are dealing with prescription glasses - someone's ability to see properly depends on timely delivery of the orders. However, it is my third day since I placed the order and uploaded my prescription and the status still shows 'awaiting prescription'.

When buying multiple pairs in the same order we need to enter power multiple times it should have the feature to apply one power to multiple frames in the same order 2. I have placed orders at store multiple times earlier but I still cannot see those powers on the app when I login. You need to save and record the power entered at store and auto populate it on the app 3. When placing order app needs to clearly inform the customer that power will be added afte

They say a 14 day return window. I tried exchange but my efforts were FUTILE. They wanted their products back until then no sort of EXCHANGE is entertained. Think it's a lot time consuming experience on the whole. I will review after the process is complete.
