The tracking systems are great to keep motivation up and show accurate data of your progress. I've been feeing stronger, have lost weight and toned up since using this app and also found Jodz to be a supportive and motivation trainer who is full of energy and enthusiasm. She is a wonderful passionate caring trainer. I highly recommend everyone contact jodz fitness.
