And UI experience is just freaking awful to navigate such as item showing available when added said aold out. Shipping not available to West Malaysia but still insist put offer for West. 2020-11-24	Hi*****	I find shopping on a phone a tedious task. There are much better platforms to use than a phone. I downloaded Jocom because I use them on Lazada(web site, not the app). Jocom has no web portal so I will go back to Lazada. You do not get all the offers but you do get your life back. Jocom has proved to be a reliable service most of the time and communication is good.
