App lags and crashes frequently, making it difficult to use
Login issues, including problems resetting passwords
Poor customer support, with slow or nonexistent responses
Limited player options and high house edge in payouts
Slow withdrawal process with e-check as the only option

Recent reviews

Customer support is nonexistent. I sent a total of three emails to complete my ID Verification and no one ever responded over a course of a week. Deleted the app 48 hrs after the last email went unanswered.

After using this app for almost a year I cannot login even After I reset the password. This is only on the app but it's the only feature I use (daily pick 'em).
