Paid on boarding was a waste of money. I had to figure the CRM out on my own because their YouTube videos aren't much help. The app works well once you figure it out. This month, they took $555.00 from my bank account for no reason. They blamed it on a computer glitch. Update. On 9-15-2024 I requested cancelation. On 10-4-2024, they've stolen my money & didn't cancel my subscription. I would avoid these people at all costs if you value your money. On 11-4-2024 they continue to steal from me!

BAIT AND SWITCH. Everything they tell you in sales sounds great only they FAIL to tell you the majority of features they sell you on are 'in beta' - therefore don't work. I've lost a TON OF MONEY using this company. BEWARE. IF you do decide to move forward? Don't let them guide the 1st weeks of training because they will train on only the features that work (mostly sales). Almost everything involving construction site or 'back end' ex: pictures, gps tracking, clock in /out - IS HORRIBLE!
