ViLabour Dong Nai is a digital software system for human resource management in Dong Nai province, developed to serve the survey, analysis, training orientation and coordination of labor resources, especially in the context of key projects such as Long Thanh Airport being implemented.

The main objectives of the system include:

- Collecting and managing data on labor needs of people, businesses and management agencies.

- Analyzing labor supply and demand trends to serve policy making.

- Suggesting training programs suitable for workers' capacity and practical needs.

- Visualizing and reporting data to support decision making for departments and branches.
