AutoWear is a Tasker plugin that brings powerful automation to Wear OS. Build custom interactive screens, show tailored notifications, create persistent floating icons, add complications to your watch face, and design smart Tiles (buttons, progress bars, or text lists). AutoWear can also simulate taps and UI interactions via the Accessibility Service, read sensor data (heart rate, steps), check battery level, launch apps and trigger phone automations from watch events.

AutoWear requires Tasker and a Wear OS device and includes a built-in 7‑day trial. The accessibility service is used solely to enable automation and does not collect or share your data. Notes: some device-specific issues exist (older Sony/Huawei watch builds); check compatibility details and the app page for troubleshooting. Ideal for power users who want complete control and context-aware automations on their smartwatch.

seems to currently not be compatible with the new pixel watch 4. doesnt have the proper setup to pair via wifi debugging. play store now keeps saying it cant install onto watch because its not connected. other apps install fine though. guessing its just incompatible.
