HealthTree offers quick detector pairing and generally accurate readings with basic history and a simple layout, including landscape support. However, recurring issues commonly reported include unstable Bluetooth connections requiring manual pairing and drops when the phone sleeps, lack of long-term data history and no Android PDF export or robust data visualization, restricted birth-year/profile options (no older than 1980, no multiple profiles), and overall poor app design and limited support. These reliability and data-management problems dominate user feedback.

Recent reviews

app worked well for a while and now refuses to work at all. Device is connected to phone by Bluetooth but app will not work despite me reinstalling twice. Support non+existent and instructions, such as they are, impossible to read because so small. Clearly not heard of Disability Awareness Act 2010! Also member data requires people to know their weight in pounds and height in inches.... I live in the modern world so it's kg and metres for me.

Fails to record data Therefore, the ring is useless. Manufacturer has done an extremely poor job with the software, connectivity, function. Buy a better, higher rated O2 Ring from a more trusted manufacturer.
