App does not sync with web. I've been locked out of my account for months unable to access purchases. Tech support for JJX has not responded to any emails. Hundreds of dollars wasted.

Experiencing the same issue as other users of the login credentials no longer being valid only in the app, yet I can login on the website without issue. Until the app is fixed it's entirely useless.

The app has recently stopped letting me log in. I can log into the website with the same credentials just fine. The app used to make browsing content more manageable than the website. I've contacted support via their website, but had no response. Assuming I'm not alone in this, I wouldn't bother downloading it at the moment.
