Reviews describe a potentially convenient, cash-free way to ride, but recurring technical and information problems undermine it. Users commonly report blank screens or installation failures, missing jitney locations, and a lack of stop and route details. Account verification issues and drivers’ unfamiliarity with app tickets also make the experience difficult. A few riders praise the convenience and ease of use when it works.
We love being able to take the bus down to the third pier in wildwood but the app doesn't work so you have to walk and keep looking back for one. They hardly run many during regular season so this app would be great to see how far away it is so we can stop and wait for one
why are there busses not showing on the map? ridiculous
I guess the basic function of the app is okay but it definitely is only as good as the drivers that actually turn their GPS on which is never all of them that are currently on duty. It would be great if the app would allow a person to see when a Jitney is full because majority of them do not turn the full sign on when they are full.
2025 update: same result — just opens to a blank white screen. worthless 2024 review: Does this actually do anything? All I see is a blank, white screen when I open it. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and same thing.
Horrible app for android users. The app opens up to a blank white screen. On iphones, it works better.
Tried to create an account and then stuck on the verification page. Won't send a code, so this app is completely useless.
Cannot get the app to send a verification code to open an account. not usable.
very clean and friendly jitney app is very easy to use and very accurate .I recommend using it for your convenience. the jitney costs 2.50 and go's to all the casinos. I am very happy with the convenience. 4 stars as it can be a bit bumpy .
Pointless useless app. Does not show you locations of ANY stops. Does not show ANY of the active jitneys locations. Basically it is a map of Atlantic city pinging your current location. Stupid and useless in regards to riding a jitney. And I guess they are never going to fix it since it has been this way for over a yr!
Requires you to set up an account, but makes it impossible to do that. Sends you in circles. App does not work
