Started with some charging issues for one tag about 6+ months ago. I looked into the issue and found numerous complaints about how their Jiobits stopped updating/apps were crashing often. I became concerned but, I had not experienced any of these things... until about a month ago. Since then, it's only gotten worse. The app is constantly crashing on my phone and as of today, my other Jiobit is no longer updating. I've heard rumors they're going out of business but, they're still taking my money.

The Jiobit Tracker has been so totally worth the purchase. I bought this about 2 years ago for at the time my 6 year old, hes now 8,we've become very comfortable using this anytime he leaves the house.No sim hassles. Buy upfront or monthly,most affordable reliable tracker w all the nessesary features. I can see where he is when he's on the school bus,playing on the block. Its simple to set up, easy to navigate the app,i can add his Dad as gardian,accurate location,3day battery.Highly recommend!
