Jain Grocer Delivery is the official delivery partner app for the Jain Grocer grocery delivery service. This app is designed exclusively for registered delivery personnel to receive, manage, and complete grocery delivery orders from Jain Grocer stores to customers.

KEY FEATURES:

Online/Offline Duty Toggle - Switch between available and unavailable states for new orders. Going online enables real-time location tracking for active deliveries.

Order Management - View incoming orders, accept or reject delivery requests, see complete order details including items, customer address, contact details, and payment method.

Live Location Tracking - The app uses your location to share your real-time position with the customer and store during active deliveries, so customers can track their order arrival in real time.

Navigation - Integrated maps to navigate from the store pickup location to the customer's delivery address using the shortest route.

Earnings Dashboard - Track your daily, weekly, monthly, and total earnings. View completed order counts and performance metrics.

Cash Management - Track cash collected from cash-on-delivery orders and submit collected cash to the store admin.

Push Notifications - Receive instant alerts when new orders are assigned, when orders are cancelled, or when messages arrive from the store or customer.

In-App Chat - Communicate directly with customers and the store about delivery details, address clarifications, or order changes.

Profile Management - Manage your profile, update personal information, change password, and view account balance.

BACKGROUND LOCATION:

This app collects your precise location data in the background while you are on duty (Online). Background location is required so the customer can track their delivery in real time and the store can monitor active deliveries. Your location is only shared while you are actively on duty.

ACCESS:

This app is for verified delivery personnel of Jain Grocer only. Accounts are created and managed by Jain Grocer store administrators to ensure verified delivery staff. Public users use the separate Jain Grocer customer app to place orders
