If your actual implementation is SQLCipher + Android Keystore (which matches what you've built), it's more accurate to say something like "AES-256 encrypted local storage backed by Android Keystore." Play's reviewers do sometimes flag overstated security marketing, especially for apps handling financial/loan data.
Girvi/loan language — Since Play has gotten stricter about lending-adjacent apps, make sure your listing doesn't read like you're the lender. You might want a line clarifying this is a record-keeping/management tool for loans the shop extends, not a lending platform itself — this can matter for your app category and policy review.
Length — This fits comfortably under Play's 4000-character limit with room to spare, so you could add a short "Built for Bharat" or localization note if you want to signal Indian-market focus more explicitly for ASO (App Store Optimization).
