2026-05-05	De*****	whether you click find a store near me or type in a zip code it doesn't adjust anything just gives you the same list of stores in the same order. Shows you no map to indicate where that store is located, just address/city, so if there are three in that city i hope youre ready to have to google addresses and then start all over back in app! That should be the most basic function of your app is to find the nearest store to me or where I want to go on a map and you dont offer it!

2026-05-03	Fa*****	Very poor. Does exactly what the website does, which is only order. No order tracker. Doesn't even let you log in until you've ordered. A bit backwards. Login first, then order, then track. Or if you've ordered already, login then track. Simple, but apparently not....

2026-04-24	Jo*****	Much improved! Very pleased that Jet's has overhauled their app so that it now works for smooth ordering and redeeming rewards. It previously had been so bad that I never used it, resorting to ordering from Jet's by using the Slice app. But Slice didn't let access and use my Jet's points, being that it had its own separate rewards program.

2026-04-23	Ja*****	This app is useless. Upon opening I get an error. Then it asks for permission to make phone calls?!?! Nope. Uninstalling....Tried again in 2026. Still useless. Make it better for the love of pizza!

2026-04-03	Br*****	Here I am in 2026 and even small businesses have a serviceable app to order from. Not Jet's. I'm a Michigan transplant living in Virginia and crave a taste of home and to get it I have to go to their website to order. Why have you bothered with an app that doesn't work?
