This app is great! You get a variety of workout programs with each describing the goal and then there are meal plans you can choose from. The recipes are really good and no really fancy ingredients so it's easy. The support team is really fast at fixing problems if needed too! Also Jen is amazing do ho follow her on IG!!!

I've been following Jen for quite some time and finally decided to try one of her challenges. I was previously using another app (for the past 10 years, before that is was workouts on my own at the gym). It ended up being the change of workout routine I didn't know I needed! The app is awesome. The meal plan is easy consisting of foods you would normally purchase in your everyday life. The workouts are great and not boring. Jen is real, down to earth and genuine. Connects on a personal level.
