Syncs well between multiple platforms and devices

Frequent sync failures, especially with bad network connections
Issues with sync stability across different cloud services (Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive)
Leaves behind 'sync failed' copies and other 'zombie files' after failures

Good app to keep PasswordSafe synced up. Works great 75% of the time. Randomly, a couple times a month I'll get "repeated sync failure" due to a network error. This can be fixed by opening the app and manually forcing a sync so it's not a huge issue but, why is this occuring? Does this happen when my cell signal is bad? Is my carrier signal randomly crashing at just the right time to cause the error? I haven't found the correlation yet.
