2024-10-31	Ph*****	The app stopped working for me after losing my phone and reinstalled on new S24 ultra. It hangs at the start up screen. I ended up emailing support and received a response same day! Brief chat with Aileen, she told me they are releasing a new update. A day later, the new version was available, I updated and the app works again for me! Super impressed with customer service! Upgrading app rating to 4 stars.

2024-10-10	Ra*****	A big opportunity to improve. For example: ramp-up the power of pumps after feeding time instead of full blast. UI is poor, logs of the different equipment would be very helpful. Make it more like the RedSea app this is not too difficult

2024-08-28	sl*****	Poor china rubbish, it was working for about 4 weeks , it disappeared in the app. Tried to re install app , even uninstall, reboot , reinstal , app doesn't even get passed the loading screen of app. Totally useless app and product , looking at the app store also has no help from developers.

2024-07-01	Ma*****	I had a old version on my phone and was able to connect to my dosser 3.4, make schedules. My phone decided to update to the latest version. I am still able to connect to the device but I cant access my dosser to set schedules. When I long press my dosser then it get stuck on "loading data", nothing happens. When I try AP mode only it shows a white screen and nothing happens. Now I'm stuck with a product which used to work but because of the software changes, I am unable to use my dosser :(

Also this app doesn't tell you really anything, such as the date/ time the last scheduled dose went in, the quanity, And the next scheduled time and date of the next dose. It only displays what the user scheduled: e.g. Channel 1 , every 5 days, 10mm. The user has no idea if the system is operating or when exactly the next dose is scheduled. The app only shows that it's online and what was programmed

2024-05-07	St*****	This app is absolute garbage. At some point it updated and dropped one of my devices. I've bought 2 different models of new dosers which also will not connect to the app via 2.4 ghz wireless using multiple android devices. Time to return the second doser and forget about buying any more Jebao wifi devices.
