Perfect Call

Perfect Call is the official Retail Execution and Sales Force Automation (SFA) app for John Distilleries field teams. It helps merchandisers, sales representatives, and managers plan daily activities, execute store visits, capture shelf and stock data, place orders, and track performance—all from a mobile device.
The app supports both online and offline working, allowing field teams to continue their activities even in areas with limited or no network connectivity.
ACCESS AND LOGIN
Perfect Call is an internal business application intended only for authorized John Distilleries employees and approved partners. User accounts are created and managed by the organization's administrator; there is no public registration or self-sign-up.
Authorized users can log in using credentials issued by their organization.

Perfect Call is designed for field users working in areas with unreliable connectivity. Supported activities can be performed offline, including:

Offline data is stored on the device and synchronized with the server when network connectivity is restored.

LOCATION
Location access is used to:

Support geo-fenced activities.
Confirm that configured field activities are performed at or near the intended store location.

Camera and location data are used for authorized business and field-execution purposes within the app, and are handled according to the organization's policies and the application's Privacy Policy.
WHO CAN USE JDPL SHELFMASTER?
Perfect Call is intended exclusively for authorized employees, field sales teams, merchandisers, managers, and approved partners of John Distilleries. It is not intended for general public or consumer use.
Authorized users needing login credentials or access assistance should contact their organization's administrator or support team.
