2024-12-03	Er*****	Update: It has started working by itself so something must have been updated on the backend. I can't get past 'confirm details' section - there is no 'confirm' button or anything like it. When I click to get rid of that window I get a page that endlessly loads. If I hit 'cancel' it sends me back to the login screen. Please fix this, I've been asked to set this up and want to tick it off on my list of 100 things I need to do.

2024-11-26	J *****	Yet again I try all week and it won't let me approve something simple for my child. She really wanted to do it. The school get rude and say it is me. But I have started screenshotting. Its the app. Even had other parents try. Infuriated with how busy I am how unreliable this is

2024-11-22	Da*****	Edit: emailed support as suggested. Was asked for screenshots and examples which were supplied. Then they replied to my email with basic examples of existing features of the app that were not relevant and closed the complaint. Really not at all user friendly. Once you decline something you would expect the notification to clear, but it stays. Try to select "most recent" for the news feed, but it will still show old so called "important news", even if you've already read it. Calendar is useless.
