Cospower CRM -eFSR

Cospower CRM is a field service reporting app. Apart from this, there is Cloud Based CRM where all complaints are recorded by the call center. When the call is registered then one ticket is generated. This ticket is assigned to the field engineer. Field engineers can see all tickets assigned to them.
They can file field reports and close calls. While filling eFSR app capture their location for security purposes to validate their location.
By using this app field engineers mark their daily attendance.
