Phone Habit

Phone Habit is an Android screen time tracker that shows how long you use your phone and each app. Explore your daily activity, spot weekly and monthly patterns, and review apps you may no longer need—with a friendly little cat along for the ride.

Daily screen time: See today's total and your most-used apps at a glance.
Usage calendar: Browse your history by date and tap a day for an app-by-app breakdown.
Weekly and monthly stats: Review total time, daily averages, and top apps.
Unused app review: Search installed apps and sort by last use. Choose what to remove through Android's confirmation screen; nothing is uninstalled automatically.
Optional music and video time: With your permission, playback time from supported apps can be included in your usage record while media is actually playing.

Getting started requires Usage Access in Android settings. Playback tracking requires separate Notification Access and is optional. Usage history is stored on your device. Earlier records are limited to what Android makes available, and days with collection gaps may appear as partial or missing records.
