2023-09-26	Dy*****	Bad experience. What's the use of an application if the customer has to come to the store? I waited for the order to be delivered for almost 4 hours and finally I picked it up. I'm sorry to say this but hello JCO? It will be better if you don't have an app if your service like this. LOL

2023-09-25	Mu*****	Its so terrible. The app running very slow, the UI looks bad, its hard to understand your order tracking system. When you place an order they find the courier first, not the closes retail in your area so it takes so long. Also I'm currently ordering 2 dzn, but the app super slow and not loading anything. Its been more than an hour and still dont know where's my order at :')
