Calculate the allowable deflections of a pavement.

Define the pavement:
Based on the properties of the materials of each layer and their thicknesses.

Do the calculations:
- At the level of the rolling layer according to different regulations.
- At the level of each layer of the pavement defined according to the thickness of its layers and the properties of the material that make them up.
