I just bought this and now I regret it...I can't get the app to work and so the screen is off since I can't go beyond the login without creating am app...I just at least want to see what I am doing on the screen...I don't care about the subscription but that is not working and support phone nor email is useless. This is a nice equipment so try and fix things

IT WORKS!!! THE APP ACTUALLY PERFORMED AS INTENDED AND TRACKED... SOME THINGS. Was it accurate in the number of reps logged vs performed? Couldn't tell you. Were the energy and form analytics consistent with actual performance? Maybe! The point is - it actually provided some feedback. For the first 3 or 4 years of ownership, they were only functional in the sense they are weights, and sometimes could even be adjusted from the app. Up from 0 to 3 stars. if the data is accurate I'll go to 4
