It's also counter Intuitive that when you order through the app when in the store you still need to flag down someone to tell them you ordered via the app. Isn't it better to let the store scan a qr or take your loyalty number and then give you the points that way? I go to HJ every day with my husband so I would really benefit from this app working at least as intended.

2023-08-09	So*****	Payment Issue! Khalti option doesn't work and the stores don't accept Esewa saying that the payment is directed to the company- instead of the selected store! Need to fix this issue or remove the payment option!

2023-07-28	Pr*****	Coffee culture in Nepal is NOT takeaway but people like to relax at a cafe. I was dissapointed this app doesnt support ording from the table directly.. but have to manually find the items on app and then remind staff before billing for the 'beans' to be added. Find a better solution and I assure you ppl will love this app.

2023-05-08	Bi*****	The application is awesome , loved the response rate and overall experience but once the app got logout the beans point got reduced , that was a bad experience ,might be a bug .Hope this error wont happen next time !
