যাত্রী অ্যাপ এ দেখানো নাম্বারের সাথে গাড়ির নাম্বার মেলেনি, bid করা ব্যক্তি নিজে ড্রাইভারও ছিল না। ড্রাইভার নেশাগ্রস্ত অবস্থায় ঝুঁকিপূর্ণভাবে গাড়ি চালিয়েছে। মাঝপথে গ্যাস নেই বলে তেলের টাকা আমাদের দিতে হয়েছে, যদিও অ্যাপে fuel included লেখা। ৮০৩১ টাকা ভাড়া দেখিয়ে শেষে ৮৫০০ + bonus দাবি করেছে। এছাড়া live tracking, proper confirmation ও map pickup নেই, support ও খুব দুর্বল।
