تطبيق سئ وفيه مشاكل كثيرة. بعد شرائي للكتب تم تحديث التطبيق وتم حذف الكتب. طلبت استعادة من خلال التطبيق ولم يظهر شئ. حاولت التواصل مع الدعم الفني تظهر رسالة خطأ. للأسف شركة بهذا الحجم ماتعرف تسوي تطبيق بهذه البساطة.

التطبيق سيء جدا ومليء بالمشاكل العشوائية، يبدو أنه لم يتم اختباره جيدا! حتى بعد التحديث الأخير، الشكل تحسن كثيرا لكن بقيت المشاكل القديمة كما هي، بل ربما زادت! هذه عينة من المشاكل (خصائص موجودة لكنها لا تعمل): ١. لا يمكن قراءة كتب مشتراة ٢. لا يمكن إرجاع مشتريات ٣. لا يمكن إضافة إيميل ٤. لا توجد طريقة لربط حساب التطبيق بحساب مكتبة جرير ٥. لا يردون على الشكاوى
