Jappuie École

Jappui École is the management app designed for schools, sports teams, and organizations that want to run effective fundraising campaigns in Quebec.

Create a campaign in minutes, invite your participants, and track results in real time from your phone or tablet.

Comprehensive Dashboard
Right from the start, view your school's key metrics: funds raised, number of active participants, products sold, and ongoing campaigns. Everything is updated in real time.

Campaign Creation
Create a new campaign in three steps: name it, set the dates and profit sharing, and add a description and images. Artificial intelligence can even generate the description for you.

Participant Management
View the list of all participants for each campaign. Sort by sales amount, name, or units sold. Identify your top sellers at a glance.

Reports and Statistics
Access detailed reports for each campaign. Analyze performance in tables or graphs to make informed decisions.

Letter to Parents
Automatically generate an invitation letter for parents with a unique QR code. Share it via email, text message, or print it for classroom distribution.

Team Management
Add administrators and members to your organization. Assign roles (owner, administrator, member) to delegate management.

Multi-Organization
Manage multiple schools or organizations from a single account. Switch between organizations with a single click.

Profit Sharing Models
Choose how to distribute profits: 100% to the student, 50/50 between the student and the school, or 100% to the school. Customize the model for each campaign.
