2024-07-17	J *****	Made account on the website. Downloaded app. Wrong password it says. Tried to change the password. Cant change to the current password. What the hell? Changed password to a newer and simpler one. Still only issues. If I can't even sign in to their stuff, I couldnt imagine what it would be like when working for them or receiving their service. Stay away!!!

2024-04-12	Pa*****	I haven't been able to open the app in over two weeks because it keeps giving me an error that the app keeps stopping. Then same thing repeated. Uninstalled reinstalled. Rebooted phone. The company app support never responded to my request to resolve. Kinda hard to work when I can't access the app.

2024-01-21	Ga*****	App doesn't work. Impossible to work. Go on duty and receive no calls for days in end. Signed up thinking I'd be easy passive income but apparently if you aren't parked in some parking lot for an 8hr shift you won't get called. Save your time and don't spend the money on the tools they require. Find another company. You're welcome

2022-07-27	No*****	Loved the app until I was FORCED to do the new update. The update should be optional. Secondly and most importantly, before the update, under the "payments opt" I was able to watch my paycheck grow..., but now with the update I'm only able to see what I've made for the day and that's not even correct anymore... I HATE THAT PART OF THE UPDATE. I LOVE to watch my paycheck grow...BRING THAT OPTION BACK....PLEEAASE! That option helps me set my daily goal without having to stop and calculate....

2021-12-21	An*****	app works fine most of the time... it's the increasingly reoccurring occasions where you bring the signature screen to the customer and it reverts back to the picture taking check out process where the job decides to clog itself in your job logs and prevent you from updating any future jobs because the other one is "still syncing" forcing you to uninstall and then reinstall that the app falls to 2 stars in my book. learn to program an app!

2021-12-08	Da*****	I don't know how it is with Apple but with Android it doesn't work well. They keep updating the app but it seems like the updates makes it worst. I average somewhere around 20 or more text messages a day saying location can't be detected to maybe 5 to 6 WO. Also not getting notifications when a WO is sent.

2021-11-09	Mi*****	I like the app, nothing is perfect but it's good. The most recent update with the map, not good. It was perfect before. Longitude/latitude is less accurate than just putting in the address or location. It might be ok for highway/Turnpike call if they can't see mile marker or exit. If i could contact the customer or Dispatch before I accept or reject a call, that would be GREAT.! I'm positive this would cut down the number of GOAs and rejected calls. Before the map update 90% accuracy after 60%
