Including folders does nothing, I would have to manually exclude hundreds of folders and subfolders to actually see my photos and not browser cache images and music collection covers.

Almost perfect. Please let us customize bottom and top image and folder shortcuts and add a permission toggle to let the app "manage all files" in order to avoid clicking "allow" EVERY time whilst trying to delete/move photos.
