“Rasel” application is an electronic transaction application that allows the user to view the published circulars and decisions, take necessary actions, follow up on correspondence, process transactions electronically, and sign them, all within the university’s regulations.

Application Services:

• View and follow up on all correspondence and take actions on them.
• View the published circulars and decisions.
• Manage electronic signatures.
• Search for correspondence.
• Download and share attachments related to the correspondence.
